We laid our foundation in the year 2018 when CA. Shebin N M started the practice as a proprietorship firm in the name of M/s Shebin N M & Co. Later in the year 2020 CA. Muhammed Sabiq N A has joined the firm and converted the existing proprietorship firm into a Partnership Firm and the firm name has changed to A M S S AND ASSOCIATES.

With an experience of about 9 years in the field of auditing, taxation and accounting, Mr Shebin N. M. is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a post graduate in commerce along with UGC Net qualification. He is also a qualified Information System Auditor.
His enthusiasm for system implementation made him a good system implementer and is giving professional consultant services to various software companies for developing new systems. He has headed accounts and audit departments of various reputed entities. During his career, he has associated with statutory and internal audits of listed and unlisted entities in various business verticals.
He is serving clients in India and Middle East.

Muhammed Sabiq N.A is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has successfully pursued his Masters in Commerce with UGC Net qualification.
He was employed for more than 4 years in the Assurance function in one of the Big Four accounting firms. During his career, he has associated with entities operating in different industries including retail and wholesale, consumer products, construction, Agriculture, banking, etc.
He has hands on experience in conducting digital audits with the use of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
